Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in its original condition. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@ranaclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item.
For damaged or incorrect items, please provide an unboxing video as proof. This is required for us to evaluate the issue and process your request.
If the issue is approved after our quality check, we will provide an exchange or store credit, as applicable.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases where you have received a damaged or wrong item.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will be issued as store credit after the item has been received and successfully inspected.
Store credit can be used toward future purchases from Rana Clothing.
Exchanges
We offer a 7-day easy exchange on eligible products.
Customers are eligible for one free size exchange per order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items
- Used or worn products
- Washed products
- Products without their original tags
Store Credit
Approved returns for damaged or wrong items will be issued as store credit after our quality check.
Store credit is valid for future purchases from Rana Clothing and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.
